Every year we step away from our screens, our global projects, our world-wide commitments… to reconnect with what truly matters: the team.

In the heart of the Ripollés, we gathered in a timeless house built by the Batlló family — a place where history breathes through every stone, and the mountains wrap you in calm. A setting that makes you slow down, notice the light, and appreciate the details.

Twenty-two people, one team. We looked back at what we’ve built, shared challenges and victories, and envisioned what’s next. Because behind every milestone there’s trust, commitment, and the kind of people who make things happen — together.

We celebrated with traditional mountain food, honest and comforting, like the conversations around the table. And later, we played a bit of padel — because while football will always be our first love, we’ve learned our lesson: we’re not kids anymore, and we’d rather not see anyone injured again. Still competitive, still laughing, still a team.

The next morning, surrounded by forest and morning mist, we shared one last meal before heading back. The sound of the wind in the trees reminded us that true strength doesn’t always shout — sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and shared.
