Annual Retreat 2026: different minds, great people.

Corporate
Great football experiences start with great people. Our annual team retreat brought us together to share ideas, celebrate achievements and strengthen the connections behind everything we do at Firmament.

At Firmament, we spend our days bringing people together through football. But every camp, every experience and every project starts with something just as important: the people behind it.

This year’s retreat gave us the opportunity to step away from our daily routines and reconnect as a team. A chance to exchange perspectives, reflect on what we’ve accomplished and explore what’s ahead.

Between inspiring conversations, good food, a few competitive padel matches and a toast to the year, we shared moments that reminded us why we enjoy working together.

Different personalities, different backgrounds and different ways of thinking. Each bringing something unique to the table.

Because what makes Firmament special isn’t just what we create, but the people who make it happen.

Here’s to everything we’ve achieved together, and everything still to come.

A little glimpse into the moments, the people and the memories that made this year’s retreat special. Take a look!
