Firmament x Barça Academy: New Destinations, Germany and The Netherlands.

After successful collaborations in Spain and Canada, Barça Academy and Firmament are proud to announce their expansion into two of Europe’s most passionate soccer nations: Germany and the Netherlands.

This new chapter will see Barça Academy camps take place in four strategic locations:
Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Düsseldorf, and Cologne.

Each of these cities holds a strong soccer culture and a deep love for the game. From the vibrant streets of Amsterdam to the competitive spirit of Cologne, these are places where soccer is more than a sport — it’s part of everyday life. The enthusiasm, energy, and local commitment to youth development make them the perfect setting for Barça Academy to grow.

By partnering with Firmament as implementation partner, Barça Academy ensures a high standard of execution and a deep understanding of local soccer culture. Firmament will lead operations on the ground, making sure that every player not only trains like Barça, but also grows in the values that define the club’s identity: respect, effort, ambition, teamwork, and humility.
