Every summer, thousands of young players step onto the field wearing the colours of some of the world’s most iconic football clubs. What few people see is the global operation that makes every one of those moments possible.

This year, Firmament is delivering 68 official club football camps across five countries in partnership with Atlético de Madrid, FC Barcelona and Inter, making it the largest operation of official club football camps anywhere in the world.

But our work goes far beyond organising football sessions.

Months before the first whistle, our teams are already coordinating venues, securing permits, transporting equipment across continents, preparing player registrations and managing the logistics required to operate dozens of camps simultaneously.

Every destination is supplied with thousands of official training items, including balls, bibs, cones, goals, promotional materials, player packs and club merchandising. Everything is delivered on time and prepared before the first players arrive.

Behind every camp is also an international team of professionals. Club coaches travel from Europe to share the methodology and identity of their clubs. Local coaches, assistants and operational staff work alongside them to ensure every session meets the highest standards.

Many of these coaches spend the week with carefully selected host families, who welcome them into their homes and become an essential part of the experience. Their hospitality creates the environment that allows each camp to run smoothly while offering coaches a genuine connection with the local community.

At the same time, our operations teams coordinate accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, daily schedules, equipment distribution, staff support and countless details that keep every camp running seamlessly across multiple countries and time zones.
